Aamby Valley Golf course has been designed by David Hemstock and associates (UK) and upgraded and reworked for championships by PGA DC of Great Britain and Ireland. The course has been voted the most effective golf for India for the year 2004. The course is totally flood lit and may be a sheer visual delight. Situated at 2,700 feet above sea level, it’s encircled by the vary of the Western Ghats.
In a few words, Aamby Valley Golf Course may be a marvel of British golf design waiting to be conquered by those that worth challenges, pristine outdoors, constantly changing conditions, and a range that actually defines the essence of this excellent game referred to as golf. The distinctive feature of the course is that the distinction in character between the holes within the front 9 that have a series of river valleys crossing the course and therefore the back 9 holes are combined with lakes. The course incorporates a minimum risk and reward should be determined upon.
